ALL NEW Roll-Belt 1 Series Round Balers by New Holland

New Holland Agriculture has unveiled its all-new Roll-Belt™ 1 Series round balers, introducing significant upgrades aimed at improving performance, durability, and connectivity for hay and forage producers. The new lineup includes the Roll-Belt 451, 461, and 561 models, each designed to deliver higher capacity and more consistent bale quality across a wide range of crop conditions. With refinements focused on feeding efficiency and bale formation, the series represents a forward-looking step in New Holland’s baling technology.

A key enhancement across the lineup is the redesigned windguard system, which improves crop flow into the baler for smoother, more efficient feeding. The Roll-Belt 561 offers an optional dual-roller windguard that increases feeding capacity by approximately 16 percent in heavier materials like cornstalks. Internal components such as bale-forming rolls and bearings have also been strengthened to improve longevity and reduce wear, helping operators maximize uptime during peak baling windows.

The Roll-Belt 1 Series also integrates advanced technology features to improve operator control and data management. With ISOBUS Class III capability, compatibility with IntelliView™ displays, and access to FieldOps™ telematics, producers can monitor performance and track baling data more effectively. The Roll-Belt 561 further enhances efficiency with an available ActiveWeigh™ system that provides real-time bale weight measurements. Altogether, the new series blends durability, capacity, and smart technology to deliver a more productive and data-driven baling experience.
